Trac has been at the forefront of the development of innovative and effective training programmes in West Wales and Wales generally. We are in business to enhance the prospects of businesses, employees and the unemployed. To do this we identify individual training needs, tailor training to meet those needs and administer a range of provision to help people get and keep work.

TRAC hosted a study visit during April 2008 to help European Partners look at issues faced in training & upskilling disadvantaged low skilled rural people. As part of the transversal study visit TRAC were able to showcase the innovative work and intiatives being run throughout Carmarthenshire to assist disadvantaged groups develop their skills to enable them to get back into the workplace.
